About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TETRUS, a game for Android (package endemion.tetrus), handles information. The game is developed and published by Endemion ("we", "us").

This policy covers only this game. The endemion.online website and the Endemion ID account have their own privacy policy.

Summary

  • The game works offline and does not request internet access.
  • We do not collect, receive or store your personal data on our servers.
  • The game has no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking.
  • Your progress is saved only on your device.
  • The game requests only the vibration permission.

Information you provide

You do not enter any personal information in the game: it has no text fields, player name or accounts.

Automatically collected information

We do not collect any information automatically: the game has no code that sends data over the network.

To save your progress, the game stores the following on your device, in its private app storage:

  • settings: volume, sound and music, vibration, screen shake, controls, theme and effects;
  • statistics for each game mode and your top ten results per mode with the date played;
  • XP, level, unlocked achievements with their unlock date, daily quests and your streak of days played (shown in the game as "Login streak", which is not an account login).

These files are not sent to us or to anyone else.

Device information

The game does not read or collect device identifiers (such as the Android ID or the advertising ID), your location, contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera.

The game requests only the vibration permission.

The vibration permission (android.permission.VIBRATE) is used for haptic feedback during play. You can turn vibration off in the game settings. The game requests no other permissions, including internet access.

Advertising

The game shows no advertising and contains no advertising SDKs. It does not use the advertising ID.

Analytics

The game contains no analytics, crash reporting or other tracking SDKs.

General Google Play statistics that every developer sees are described under Third-party services.

Third-party services

The game contains no third-party SDKs that collect data. The game is built with Godot Engine (MIT license); the engine does not send data.

Google Play. You download the game from Google Play. Google processes data about the download and your device under the Google Privacy Policy. Google shows developers general statistics (for example, the number of installs) and, if your device is allowed to share usage and diagnostics data, crash and performance reports. These do not include your name or contact details. We use them only to fix errors.

How we use information

The data on your device is used only by the game itself, to keep your progress, settings and achievements. It is not used for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent or share personal data. The game sends no data to us, so there is nothing to share.

We would disclose information only if the law requires it, and only information we actually hold (for example, an email you sent us).

Data retention

Game data stays on your device until you delete it (see Data deletion) or uninstall the game.

Android Auto Backup is turned off for the game: save files are not copied to your Google account backup and are not restored on a new device.

If you email us, we keep the correspondence for [email retention period].

Data security

Game files are kept in the game's private storage, which other apps cannot read under standard Android rules. The files are not encrypted: anyone with access to your unlocked device could see your progress, so protect your device with a screen lock.

The game has no network connection, so no data is transferred over the internet.

Children's privacy

The game is intended for people aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

The game does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. It has no accounts, chat, advertising or purchases.

The game is an abstract falling-block puzzle with no violence and no communication with other people.

Intended audience: adults aged 18 and over (18+).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, for example under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data": to find out what data is held about you, to correct or delete it, to receive a copy, to object to processing and to complain to a supervisory authority.

We receive no personal data from the game, so there is usually nothing for us to provide or delete. The data on your device is fully under your control. If you have a question, write to endemion@internet.ru.

Data deletion

The game has no button that deletes your progress. "RESET CONTROLS" in the settings resets only the control settings.

To delete all game data, uninstall the game, or open Android Settings → Apps → TETRUS → Storage → Clear storage. Menu names depend on your device.

GDPR (EEA and UK)

The game does not send personal data to us, so we do not process it as a controller. The data on your device stays under your control.

If you email us, Endemion is the controller of your email address and message. We process them to reply to you, based on our legitimate interest in answering requests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and keep them for [email retention period].

You can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

California privacy rights

We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA and do not use it for targeted advertising. The game does not collect personal information.

If you write to us, we use your email address only to reply. California residents can send any privacy request to endemion@internet.ru. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

International transfers

The game does not transfer data to us or abroad. If you email us, your message is processed by our email provider: Mail.ru Mail (Russia).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when the way the game handles data changes. The new version is published on this page with a new last-updated date.

If the game starts sending data from your device, we will update this policy before that version is released and say so in the update notes.
